L’avenir mise sur le sorgho. La preuve en a été faite à Milan.

« L’avenir mise sur le sorgho. » Ce thème prometteur a mobilisé quelque 200 spécialistes venus du monde entier, lors du 2ème congrès européen du Sorgho, qui s’est tenu à Milan les 7 et 8 novembre dernier. Pendant 2 jours, chercheurs, producteurs, transformateurs… ont mis en commun leurs savoirs, leurs expériences et leurs questionnements. Tous sont unanimes : le développement du sorgho pourrait être une chance pour l’Europe, car cette céréale offre toutes les qualités pour répondre aux enjeux économiques et environnementaux de demain.
